How does it work?
IPL’s energy is transformed to heat and is targeted towards pigmentation, which in this case are the hairs. Active growth follicles are targeted coagulating the follicle and limiting re-growth. Our IPL treatment offers a variety of parameters that cater to clients of all skin types, hair colours, thicknesses and densities ensuring solutions to all clients.
What changes will I see?
A few days after the first treatment, hairs will fall out and hair regrowth will be noticeably slower than normal. Approximately 30 percent of the hairs in the treated area will be removed. With continued sessions, even more improvement will be noticed.
How many sessions will I need?
Due to the hair growth cycle, multiple treatments are necessary to see satisfying results. The growth cycle occurs every 3-4 weeks, which means new hairs that were not treated will appear. Because of this reason, an average of 4-8 (maximum of 12) treatments will be recommended.
