As you are aware, at present, the Government of Ontario has initiated its Relaunch Strategy, gradually reopening businesses, resuming activities and getting people back to work. We are pleased to announce that Serenity Spa and Lounge is open for business. We will be resuming all of our personal care services with the exception of express services.
In order to protect our guests, staff and the community, we have implemented the following health and safety guidelines:
? For the time being, our ONLINE booking is disabled to monitor our spa capacity and provide services in a timely and safe manner. You may book your appointments by phone, via email, or by sending us messages through our social media.
? When arriving at Serenity we will take your temperature and complete a form and ask a few questions about your health to ensure that you are symptom-free.
? Practice good hand hygiene upon arrival and before you leave the spa. We have hand sanitizer waiting for you at the entrance and throughout the spa.
? Masks are mandatory and MUST be worn by all of our guests and our Serenity team AT ALL TIMES, If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.
? Our waiting areas will be closed. During your visit, we ask that you come alone to attend your appointment and practice social distancing by following the signs.
